At BODYCON COLLECTION, we want you to shop with confidence and find pieces you truly love.
Returns Made Easy
We offer a generous 60-day returns period from the date your order was placed.
Eligible returns are issued as Store Credit (provided via digital gift card or checkout code). We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns, including sizing, fit, colour preference, or style preference.
Our goal is to help you find the perfect fit. Store Credit gives you the flexibility to choose a different size, style, or colour from our collection whenever you're ready.
This policy applies to change-of-mind purchases. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer laws relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
How To Start A Return
To submit a return request, please visit our Returns Hub.
Returns will only be accepted through our Returns Hub. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your request to be reviewed.
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions for the next available returns hub. Return hubs are located in Australia, USA and Hong Kong.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on your location, please allow approximately 7-10 days for your return to be received, inspected and processed. As part of our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience, we offer discounted return shipping label rates to assist our valued customers. Once your return request has been approved, you may request a discounted return label through our Customer Care team. Please see the 'Pre-paid Label Costs' section below for available rates and additional details.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Have all original tags, packaging and hygiene seals (if applicable) attached.
- Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, tanning products, stains, marks or odours.
- Be received within the approved returns timeframe.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may be declined and returned to you at your expense.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, Store Credit, exchange or refund unless required under applicable consumer laws.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, simply use your Store Credit to place a new order once your return has been approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
All faulty item claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or failure to follow garment care instructions will not be considered faulty.

We want every return to be smooth and fair. BODYCON COLLECTION reserves the right to decline returns in certain situations. This includes items that:
- Are returned after the 60-day window
- Don’t meet the original condition requirements (unworn, unwashed, and packaging intact)
- Were not purchased from BODYCON COLLECTION
If a return is declined, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
To help us maintain hygiene standards and keep items resalable, all returns must arrive in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Returns with visible signs of wear, like makeup, perfume or deodorant scents, pet hair, or marks will be reviewed by our quality team.
If the item can be restored, a cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund, depending on the work required. If the item cannot be restored to a sellable condition, you’ll be given the choice to either:
- Have the item shipped back to you at your expense, or forfeit the item with no refund issued.
These conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty or not as described.
We take product quality seriously and each piece is checked before it ships. If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at hello@bodyconcollection.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a minimum of 5 clear photos and your order number.
Claims relating to manufacturing faults or defects will be reviewed under applicable consumer laws. Please note that minor variations in texture, colour, or fit, or dissatisfaction with fabric feel or thickness, do not qualify as faults.
Please also note that colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings, monitor calibration, device type, and lighting conditions at the time of viewing; such variations are not considered faults or misdescriptions under applicable consumer law.
Once reviewed, if the item is confirmed as faulty, we’ll arrange one of the following depending on your location and the issue:
- Repair or replacement (where possible), or
- A refund to your original payment method up to the value of the fault , or
- Store credit or gift card, if you prefer
Faulty claims are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please note: faults caused by general wear and tear, incorrect washing, or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.
We offer one (1) complimentary return per order. Any additional return requests for the same order, including those for items bought or issued using gift cards or store credits from a previous return, will require prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee. BODYCON COLLECTION reserves the right to decline multiple return requests for the same order.
- USA restocking fee is $9.97USD.
- UK restocking fee is £8GBP.
- Australia restocking fee is $16AUD.
- Canada restocking fee is $15CAD.
- Europe restocking fee is €9EUR.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you prefer to pre-pay for a return label, estimated international courier rates are outlined below:
- USPS (USA customers): from $27 USD
- DPD UK (UK customers): from £14 GBP
- Canada Post (Canada customers): from $32CAD
Rates are estimated and subject to change. Pricing is provided directly by our courier partners at discounted rates and may vary based on location and parcel weight.
We do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Once shipped, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or local issues.
Please note: we cannot offer refunds, store credit, or replacements for:
- Shipping delays
- Refused deliveries
- Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
To help your order reach you safely, double-check your delivery address and monitor your tracking. If a parcel goes missing before delivery, let us know and we’ll happily assist with courier investigations.
